We have a good knowledge of shipping routes and choose the convenient shipping path which makes the delivery faster. Considering the far shipping, We offer 6 shipping ways: DHL,FedEx,UPS,TNT,EMS and Air Mail.
Before your order is shipped, We have to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality control tests. Because of this, Total Delivery Time is different from shipping time alone.
Total Delivery Time = Shipping Time + Processing Time
It takes about several working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, The fatest delivery time is 7 days. the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (DHL,FedEx,UPS,TNT,EMS,Airmail) standard and the shipping method you have chosen.
We offer Free Shipping. Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email confirming your goods are on their way, which will also include a tracking link. Please leave us your correct address and valid phone number! Any loss caused by the incorrect Recipient Address or contact number is on the customers.
Deliveries are subject to stock availability. If we have a problem with your order such as unavailability of an item we will call you. If you are unavailable we will send you an email telling you what action we are taking. Some of our delivery methods allow full trace of your shipment from dispatch until delivered and signed for by you. We use a number of carriers to safeguard delivery to you. Our charges to you cover all postage, packing and insurance up to the value of the goods you are buying.

France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Ukraine, Japan, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland with 7-15 business days.
Brazil, Russia, Italy, Argentina, Chile, Mexico with 20-25 business days.
All Other Countries with 7-25 business days.
1-3 business days(some products will take 5 business days).
What if you're out when your order arrives?
If you're out when the parcel arrives, your postperson or courier will leave a card telling you where you to pick up your discreetly packaged order
If your parcel is taken to the nearest delivery office you will have to go and collect your parcel.
If your parcel is taken to the nearest courier depot, you can collect it or arrange for it to be redelivered.
What if your order doesn't arrive when you expect?
If your delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, please contact us.
We only accept the item in original condition, brand new and undamaged for return. Please contact us first and tell us the reasons, and items can return within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us via email or live chat before returning your item. And we do not take any responsibility for damages during the return process. And you should pay for the charges which are produced by return process.
We only accept the item in original condition, undamaged and 100% new for exchange. At first, please contact us online via live chat or E-mail within 7 days of receipt. Please tell us the reasons for exchange and which item should be instead. (If there is the disparity in price, you should pay extra). Second, to obtain the exchange address online, and we do not take any responsibility for any loss or damages during the exchange process. Third, you should pay the charges during the exchange process. When we get the return item, we will ship out the exchange item as soon as possible (If there is the disparity in price, you should pay extra, and then we will ship the exchange item out.)

Return & Exchange:
Step 1: Please contact us within 7 days of receipting item, stating your order number and the item you are returning. Our Customer Experience Team will tell you further information about how to return your order.
Step 2: Please do not write the number on the item packaging itself. You are responsible for all costs to facilitate the return of the item to us. We don’t accept any liability for returned item until they have been received by us. We recommend using an insured and trackable delivery method. Please ensure the item is packaged securely and appropriately for postage.
Step 3: Please allow 3~5 days for the return to be processed.
Please return the items in original condition with all packaging. It is your responsibility to fully insure the item for its return to us. We cannot refund if it is lost in the delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items are not in original condition.
